A masterpiece of nature and tradition, Spirit of Purity is a premium green tea delicately scented with the ethereal fragrance of lotus stamens. These fine, white, rice-like filaments, nestled around the lotus pod, are carefully harvested from fresh lotus flowers at dawn, when their fragrance is at its peak. Through a meticulous and time-honoured process, the green tea leaves are blended with these lotus stamens to absorb their delicate floral essence.

After the scenting process is complete, the stamens are gently removed, leaving the tea infused with the pure and tranquil aroma of the lotus. This all-natural process creates a tea that embodies serenity, mindfulness, and a connection to nature's beauty.

Tasting Notes:

  • Liquor: Pale green with a golden hue
  • Aroma: Subtle floral with a sweet, honey-like undertone
  • Taste: Smooth and refreshing green tea with a whisper of lotus fragrance

Perfect for moments of mindfulness or as a gift that celebrates the art of tea and the timeless beauty of the lotus.

Hồ Tây, Hà Nội

Hồ Tây, or West Lake, is Hanoi’s largest freshwater lake, spanning over 500 hectares. Its tranquil waters and 17-kilometre shoreline are a beloved retreat for locals and visitors alike. The lake is steeped in history, with ancient temples like Trấn Quốc Pagoda, a 6th-century spiritual landmark, gracing its shores. Phủ Tây Hồ, a revered shrine, attracts worshippers seeking blessings and peace.

Surrounding Hồ Tây are charming streets lined with cafés, restaurants, and the famous bánh tôm Hồ Tây (shrimp fritters). At sunrise and sunset, the lake transforms into a serene painting, reflecting Hanoi’s timeless beauty. A blend of tradition and modernity, Hồ Tây remains a symbol of Hanoi’s culture, spirituality, and natural charm.
