Apple and cinnamon create a naturally sweet and aromatic infusion that’s perfect for a warming yet refreshing detox drink.
Ingredients
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1–2 litres of water

Prepare Ingredients
- Thinly slice the apple and lightly crush the cinnamon stick to release its flavour.

Combine and Infuse
- Add apple slices and the cinnamon stick to a pitcher of water.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or leave it overnight for a stronger flavour.

Serve
- Pour over ice if desired and enjoy chilled. The cinnamon can be reused with fresh water for another infusion.
