Ingredients

  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1–2 litres of water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients

    • Thinly slice the apple and lightly crush the cinnamon stick to release its flavour.
  2. Combine and Infuse

    • Add apple slices and the cinnamon stick to a pitcher of water.
    • Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours, or leave it overnight for a stronger flavour.
  3. Serve

    • Pour over ice if desired and enjoy chilled. The cinnamon can be reused with fresh water for another infusion.
