Strawberry Black Tea

A refreshing, sweet, and easy-to-make strawberry black tea, perfect for hot days or anytime you crave a cooling drink.

Ingredients

  • 4–5 fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1–2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 lemon (a few drops of juice)
  • 1/2–1 cup brewed black tea (cooled)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh thyme or mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries

    • Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl, add sugar, and mix well.
    • Let the strawberries macerate overnight in the fridge, allowing the natural juices to release without adding too much water or sugar.
  2. Assemble the Strawberry Black Tea

    • Pour about 1/3 glass of the strawberry juice.
    • Add ice cubes and squeeze a few drops of lemon juice for a light citrusy touch.
  3. Add the Black Tea

    • Fill the glass with more ice, then pour the cooled black tea on top.
  4. Garnish and Serve

    • Garnish with fresh thyme or mint leaves for a refreshing aroma.
    • Stir gently and enjoy!
