Strawberry Black Tea

Ingredients
- 4–5 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1–2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 lemon (a few drops of juice)
- 1/2–1 cup brewed black tea (cooled)
- Ice cubes
- Fresh thyme or mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Strawberries
- Place the sliced strawberries in a bowl, add sugar, and mix well.
- Let the strawberries macerate overnight in the fridge, allowing the natural juices to release without adding too much water or sugar.

Assemble the Strawberry Black Tea
- Pour about 1/3 glass of the strawberry juice.
- Add ice cubes and squeeze a few drops of lemon juice for a light citrusy touch.

Add the Black Tea
- Fill the glass with more ice, then pour the cooled black tea on top.

- Garnish with fresh thyme or mint leaves for a refreshing aroma.
