This cooling cucumber and mint-infused water is hydrating, refreshing, and perfect for a detox.
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1–2 litres of water
- 1 lemon, sliced (optional)
Instructions

Prepare Ingredients
- Rinse and thinly slice the cucumber and lemon.
- Rinse and gently bruise the mint leaves to release their flavour.

Combine and Infuse
- Add cucumber, mint, and lemon slices to a large pitcher of water.
- Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours to allow the flavours to infuse.

Serve
- Pour into a glass with ice cubes and enjoy. Refill with more water to keep the infusion going throughout the day.
