Cucumber Mint Detox Water

This cooling cucumber and mint-infused water is hydrating, refreshing, and perfect for a detox.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1–2 litres of water
  • 1 lemon, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients

    • Rinse and thinly slice the cucumber and lemon.
    • Rinse and gently bruise the mint leaves to release their flavour.
  2. Combine and Infuse

    • Add cucumber, mint, and lemon slices to a large pitcher of water.
    • Refrigerate for at least 2–4 hours to allow the flavours to infuse.
  3. Serve

    • Pour into a glass with ice cubes and enjoy. Refill with more water to keep the infusion going throughout the day.
